We start with foam in the thickness of your choice then top it with a fluffy layer of dacron on both the top and bottom of the foam insert. The dacron wrap adds up to 1” of overall loft and moisture-resistance, while keeping the material smooth. Most of our cushions are created with top and bottom cording for a tailored look, and a full-length YKK zipper is always included for easy removal.
For added flair, our French Tufting option will add the look of old-world charm. Tufting adds great texture and makes your cushion a real conversation piece.
Your custom cushions are hand-cut, sewn, and finished by our talented team in our small-town Missouri facility. We make sure all materials used, including fabric, foam, zipper, cording, and even our thread, are made by American manufacturers.

If you are in Singapore and is in need of an update for your couch to these fabrics, then contact us. The usual cost for reupholster/upholstery will start from SGD $1200 and above for a 2 seater or SGD $680 and above for an armchair. If you custom made a sofa in Singapore, the price starts from $3400 onwards. Ask for over stocked fabrics and you may even get a better price.
